Service and Care Policy
LUMOCE's products comply with the product warranties covered by relevant laws and regulations on consumer rights in the People's Republic of China. According to China's Three Guarantees regulations, you have the right to return, exchange, or repair any quality issues that arise under specific circumstances. According to the relevant laws and regulations of China's consumer rights and interests, this policy and regulations are only applicable to LUMOCE products purchased in Chinese Mainland. If the products are purchased from outside Chinese Mainland, they are not covered by the relevant laws and regulations of China's consumer rights and interests.
7-day Return and Exchange Service
Within 7 days (inclusive) from the date you receive the purchased product, the product can be returned or exchanged without reason, provided that it is not installed and does not affect secondary sales.
15-day Exchange Service
Within 15 days (inclusive) from the date of receiving the purchased product, if the product has any performance faults listed in the 'Product Performance Fault Table', after being tested and confirmed by the LUMOCE after-sales service center, you can enjoy free replacement of the same product or free repair service.
3-year After-sales Warranty
Within three years (inclusive) from the date of receiving the purchased product, if the product experiences performance faults listed in the 'Product Performance Fault Table', and it is confirmed by the LUMOCE after-sales service center, you can enjoy free repair services. The repaired or replaced items are eligible for the remaining duration of the original warranty period, or a warranty period of 90 days from the customer's receipt of the repaired goods, whichever is longer.。
Delivery and Receipt
①. All LUMOCE products will undergo quality inspections such as appearance, lighting, and operation by staff before shipment, and qualified labels will be affixed to ensure that your purchased products meet high-quality factory standards;
②. The product packaging is made of folding box by environmentally friendly and high-quality corrugated paper, and prominently labeled for easy identification. The packaging is equipped with handles for easy carry. Four anti-collision corners are installed on the outer packaging, and high-end pearl cotton cushion layers are used on the inner packaging to effectively protect the product from damage caused by compression, collision, and falling;
③. LUMOCE defaults to free shipping from SF Express or JD Express. The delivery time is generally within 48 hours after placing the order. The delivery time shall be subject to the page markings or store rules in case of holidays, major promotions, or special supplies;
④. It is recommended that you inspect the outer packaging upon receipt to protect your rights. If any damage or deformation is found, please do not open the package and immediately contact customer service for resolution. Please reject the package on the spot if serious damage is found on the outer packaging;
⑤. If you have already signed for it or someone else has collected it on your behalf, it will be deemed that the outer packaging, quantity, and content of the goods are correct. If you find that the components are missing or damaged after opening the package, please contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods to quickly solve the problem for you;
⑥. All resulting losses shall be borne by you if the recipient information you provide is incorrect, or if there is a situation where the recipient refuses to receive the goods without confirmation from the merchant.
Return and Exchange Terms and Conditions
To ensure that your legitimate rights and interests are not affected, please pay attention to the following:
①. After receiving the goods, please keep the original packaging materials properly to avoid affecting your legitimate after-sales rights and interests;
②. Please keep your shopping vouchers, warranty certificate, and other related materials properly as important basis for after-sales service;
③. Please ensure the completeness of the internal and external packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions, labels and so on, and free from any human damage or destruction. Please make sure that the product is not installed, and does not affect secondary sales. If return or exchange is required, all items must be returned in their original packaging and courier type at once;
④. If the goods are damaged during transportation, you must refuse to accept them on the spot, or provide proof of damage from the courier company;
⑤. If the returned or exchanged item is intentionally damaged, the repair cost of the relevant item shall be paid. For items that cannot be repaired or are lost, you must pay for the full cost of the relevant items;
⑥. For returns and exchanges caused by non product quality reasons (such as dislike, wrong order, color/style mismatch, etc.), the return shipping fee and other related expenses incurred will be borne by you.
LUMOCE has the right to refuse to provide return and exchange services and has the right to refuse to accept goods returned by customers in the following situations:
①. Return requests submitted more than 7 days after receipt;
②. Exchange requests submitted more than 15 days after receipt;
③. The relevant goods are not shipped out within 7 days after LUMOCE confirmed the return and exchange service;
④. The product has been mounted;
⑤. The product itself does not have any quality issues;
⑥. After inspection and appraisal by LUMOCE after-sales service center, it was found that the received returned or exchanged goods have incomplete packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, labels, etc., or personal reasons causing damage to the appearance of the products;
⑦. The goods are damaged during transportation and are not rejected on the spot or provided with proof of damage by the courier company;
⑧. If the returned or exchanged goods are not returned according to the original packaging and courier type, resulting in losses during transportation;
⑨. The customer found that the accessories are incomplete, but do not immediately contact LUMOCE after receiving the goods;
⑩. It meets the requirements of the Non Warranty Regulations if verified by LUMOCE after-sales service center.
Non-warranty Terms
LUMOCE has the right to refuse to provide free warranty services for products within the warranty period in the following situations:
①. Unable to provide valid purchase vouchers, or the warranty period has expired;
②. Returning the product without contacting your retailer or LUMOCE after-sales service center;
③. Damage caused by failure to install, use, and maintain according to the requirements of the product manual of mounting installation and user guide;
④. Unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid ingress, accident, modification, or tearing or altering of product serial numbers;
⑤. Damage caused by force majeure factors such as earthquakes, fires, floods, lightning strikes, traffic accidents, etc;
⑥. Any wear and tear, minor defects, and minor scratches that do not affect product performance;
⑦. Not meeting the performance faults listed in the 'Product Performance Fault Table';
⑧. The product and its accessories have the performance faults listed in the 'Product Performance Fault Table' due to human factors, such as using dimmers, non-rated voltage, non-standard power drivers, replacing mismatched luminaire's head, and using the product in non-standard environments and etc.

VAT Invoice Issuance Service
①. All products sold by LUMOCE are inclusive of tax. If you need an invoice, please contact your retailer and provide complete invoicing information. Please make sure that the invoicing information is correct and accurate;
②. An electronic VAT invoice (Normal) will be issued by default. If an electronic VAT invoice (Special) needs to be issued, please contact online customer service and provide the 'General Taxpayer Verification';
③. All purchased products will be invoiced based on the actual payment amount, excluding coupons and refunded red envelope amounts;
④. The invoice content is the details of the purchased goods and cannot be modified to other.
